The professional development components of my project included attending the Global Disability Summit in Berlin and participating in Executive Coaching sessions with Dr. Alonzo Kelly of Kelly Leadership Group. The personal development component was attending a 5-day silent meditation retreat at The Art of Living Retreat Center in Boone, North Carolina.
