Our Programs
the york federal fellows
The York Federal Fellows Program offers outstanding nonprofit, educational and governmental executive leaders the opportunity to spend a year developing professionally and personally while expanding their leadership skills. With a grant of up to $7,500, executives can pursue their own development and connect with other executives during regular workshop sessions throughout the year.
give local york
Give Local York is York County’s biggest day of giving. Held in early May, the event was launched by the York Federal Fellows in 2018 and has raised over $30 million dollars for the local community since then. GLY is one of the largest independently-ran giving days in the nation.

As a vision of the York Federal Fellows Program, the White Rose Leadership Institute offers a variety of professional and leadership development opportunities created exclusively for nonprofit executives. These unique programs leverage valuable curriculum by forging strong peer support networks.
