Saying Farewell to our Founding Board Members
White Rose Leadership Institute (WRLI) is celebrating the service of our founding Board members who are closing out their terms on September 31, 2022. Originally forming as the York Federal Fellows Advisory Council, these leaders are responsible for the creation of Give Local York in 2018 and the subsequent establishment of WRLI in 2019.

Completing their terms this year are Bob Pullo, Jenny Englerth, Joan Mummert, Michael Thew and Robin Rohrbaugh. Louis Castriota completed his term in 2020.
Bobbi Anne DeLeo will chair the WRLI Board beginning October 1, 2022. Tammy Miller will serve as secretary.
Joyce Santiago, Affordable Housing Advocates, York Federal Fellows Class of 2018, joined the WRLI Board in 2020 and will continue to serve.
WRLI acknowledges and celebrates the life and service of Stephanie Seaton, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Bureau of Equal Opportunity, York Federal Fellows Class of 2010, who joined the WRLI Board in 2020 and passed away on August 29, 2022.
